- Tickets purchased online can be picked up at the venue box office 1/2 hour before an event.
- Please bring proof of payment when picking up tickets.

Crimson Coast Dance follows all Public Health Orders. In these extraordinary times, Crimson Coast recognizes the unpredictability of Health Authority Restrictions and personal comfort level. If you purchase a ticket for a live performance in which theatre attendance is no longer possible, your ticket will be refunded for cash or you may choose to apply the value of the ticket to another show in our season. If the live performance is not cancelled and you become uncomfortable attending, you may apply the value of the ticket to another show in our season – otherwise, these tickets are not refundable for cash. Tickets purchased for online experiences are not refundable.
