Crimson Coast Dance’s Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is a mandatory gathering held within six months of the end of the financial year. At this meeting, Crimson Coast Dance board members, directors, and staff will present an annual report containing information for our members about the company’s performance and strategy.

The Annual General Meeting generally contains the following:

• Reading and correction of the minutes of the previous AGM
• Approval of the audited financial statements, including reports to the board
• Receipt of committee reports not included in the financial statement
• Approval of amendments and additions to bylaws
• Call for nomination for the board and/or receive the report of the nominating committee
• Transaction of any other business
