Experience the energy, creativity, and adrenaline of hip-hop battle culture as dancers compete from the pre-selection rounds through to the finals. Rooted in a spirit of exchange and self-improvement, this event brings together hip hop and street dance artists to challenge one another through improvisation under the watchful eye of Judges; Anwar (Nanaimo), Barnes (Texas), Robozilla (California). Dancers are adjudicated on their originality, musicality, technical skill, and high-energy performances. MC Lavi, with DJ Oscar, keeps things moving as we celebrate the essence of hip-hop through performance, connection, and competition.
