Celebrate Black History Month with Crimson Coast Dance!
Curated by Tania Amaral
Throughout the month of February, we will be engaging with dance traditions from different African countries, including Angola and Kenya.
African Connections is a project that started in February 2020 in partnership with Crimson Coast Dance. It is initiated, curated and programmed by Tania Amaral, a Mozambican dance teacher. The initiative offers an umbrella program that is fully dedicated to the expression of African cultures.
Join us for these different African Connections events this February! We will have storytelling, dance workshops, incredible performances, music, and thoughtful discussions.
